RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,STATE
OF IOWA:
That the construction contracts executed for the Supply of Materials for the Alice's Road
Gas Main Relocation Project,and as described in detail in the plans and specifications heretofore
approved,and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the
same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:Consolidated Pipe &Su ly Co.of Valley ark,MO
Amount of bid:$117,749.28
Portion of project:All costs for Bid Packs e Alternate A
Contractor:Border States Industries,Inc.,of Grand Haven,MI
Amount of bid:$29,925.44
Portion of project:All costs for Bid Package Alternate C
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4'"day of December,2017.
