RESOLUTION 17-556
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
[GRANT PARK POND DREDGING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Dave's Dozing of Mitchellville,IA,has completed the improvements
associated with the Grant Park Pond Dredging Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Grant Park Pond Dredging Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4 day of December,2017,that it hereby accepts the improvements
associated with the Grant Park Pond Dredging Project.
