RESOLUTION 17-086
APPROVING SATISFACTION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMKNT —VISIONBANK
OF IOWA [DOUGLAS PARKWAY IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO IYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Community School District and Perfect Acres LLC entered into a
Development Agreement ("Agreement")with the City of Waukee,dated May 19,2014 and
recorded on June 6,2014 in Book 2014 Page 6877,Dallas County,Iowa regarding shared
costs and obligations related to the construction of a portion of Douglas Parkway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of'Waukee,Iowa
that the terms of the Agreement have been fully satisfied by all parties and the City releases
the Waukee Community School District and Perfect Acres LLC and their successors and
assigns,from all obligations under said Developers Agreement.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approv this the 6'"day of
February,2017.
