HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-02-06-Resolutions 17-074_South Outfall Sewer - Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement - HomTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-074 APPROVING SANITARY SEWER RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT RELATED TO THK SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT [BEN LIN HOM AND HELEN STINSON HOM] IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'2 UKEE,IOWA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND, WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Ben Lin Hom and Helen Stinson Hom and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement which is attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 6"day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement related to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [Ben Lin Hom and Helen Stinson Hom]in the amount of $29,400.00.
