HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-02-06-Resolutions 17-070_South Outfall Sewer - Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement - K2KBM InvestmentsTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-070 APPROVING SANITARY SEWER RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMKNT RELATED TO THK SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT [K2KBM INVESTMENTS,LLC] IN THE NAMEAND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND, WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by K2KBM Investments,LLC and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement which is attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 6"day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement related to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [K2KBM Investments,LLC]in the amount of $20,845.57.
