RESOLUTION 17-066
APPROVING SANITARY SEWER RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMKNT RELATED
TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
[JOSEPH D.AND JANE LKVALLEY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement is necessary
for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Joseph D.and
Jane LeValley and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Sanitary
Sewer Right-of-Way Easement which is attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6ra day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement
related to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [Joseph D,and Jane LeValley]in the amount
of $3,424.33.
