RESOLUTION 17-081
APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT RELATED
TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
[MARK FISH AND ERIN FISH]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Temporary Construction Easement is necessary for
the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Mark Fish
and Erin Fish and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Temporary
Construction Easement which is attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6'"day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Temporary Construction Easement related
to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [Mark Fish and Erin Fish]in the amount of
$5,155.28.

original cundiiii!n as reasonably pc ssible.including but not limited to restoration of lawns by sodding or
seeding,replacement.of concrete or asphalt driveways rentoved for grading or access purposes,and
replacement of't'eiices or other structures that may be renmved cr dan!aged by the City during the course
of constructim!,esccpt that.the f'of)owing items shall not bc restored by the City but are instead
compensated for the consideration paid for in this Easement by theCity as set t'orth above.(List items
