HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-02-06-Resolutions 17-071_South Outfall Sewer - Temp Construction Easement - K2KBM InvestmentsTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-071 APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT RELATED TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT [K2KBM INVESTMENTS,LLC] IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO IYA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Temporary Construction Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND, WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by K2KBM Investments,LLC and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Temporary Construction Easement which is attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 6'"day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Temporary Construction Easement related to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [K2KBM Investments,LLC]in the amount of $3,115.87.
