HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-02-06-Resolutions 17-077_South Outfall Sewer - Temp Construction Easement - SmithTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-077 APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT RELATED TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT [DUANE L.SMITH AND STACEY A.RHEINBERGKR-SMITH] IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MAUI EE,IO8'2 WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Temporary Construction Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND, WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Duane L. Smith and Stacey A.Rheinberger-Smith and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A, Easement Area,of the Temporary Construction Easement which is attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 6'"day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Temporary Construction Easement related to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [Duane L.Smith and Stacey A.Rheinberger-Smith] in the atnount of $1,177.00.
