HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-02-06-Resolutions 17-069_South Outfall Sewer - Temp Construction Easement - Voorhees Revocable TrustTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-069 APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT RELATED TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT [ARLKNE M.VOORHEES REVOCABLE TRUST] IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO O'A WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Temporary Construction Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND, WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Arlene M. Voorhees Revocable Trust and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Temporary Construction Easement which is attached hereto.
