RESOLUTION 17-228
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
1-80 WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO IIrA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for 1-80 West Industrial
Park;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this I"day of May,2017 that the Construction Drawings for I-80 West Industrial
Park be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
