RKSOLUTION 17-188
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
KLM STREET PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
TN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,lO WA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Elm Street Public
Improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 3'day of April,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Elm Street Public
Improvements be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
