RESOLUTION 17-189
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR FERREES ADDITION PLAT 2
IN THE NAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,HEARTLAND CO-OP,has requested final plat approval of Ferrees Addition Plat 2 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on March 14,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Ferrees Addition Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
3'day of April,2017,that the Final Plat for Ferrees Addition Plat 2 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1 .Warranty Deed;
2.Private Storm Water Detention Easement;
3.Private Ingress/Egress Easement;and
4.Storm Sewer Easement
