RESOLUTION 17-174
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SOUTH OUTFALL SEWER TREE FELLING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF V'A UI EE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,JkK Contracting,LLC,of Ames,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the South Outfall Sewer Tree Felling Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
South Outfall Sewer Tree Felling Project and confirm that said improvements constructed
as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3"day of April,2017,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the South Outfall Sewer Tree Felling Project.
