RESOLUTION 17-313
APPROVING DWELLING UNIT RENTAL AGREEMENT [5 BEL AIRE DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee owns a dwelling unit and property addressed as 5 Bel Aire
Drive,Waukee,IA;AND,
WHEREAS,the City proposes to enter into a Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement with Kyle
Terlouw for 5 Bel Aire Drive,beginning July 1,2017.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
10"day of July,2017,that it hereby approves the Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement [5 Bel Aire
Drive.
