RESOLUTION 17-316
APPROVING MIDAMKRICAN ENERGY COMPANY PROPOSAL
[ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR PHASE 4 PROJECT,TRANSFORMER RELOCATION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO IVA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City is currently construction public improvements as part of the Alice's Road
Corridor Phase 4 Project;AND,
WHEREAS,as part of the project,MidAmerican Energy Company has provided a proposal,
attached hereto as Exhibit A,in order to relocate a transformer at 1100 SE Alice's Road;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of the agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
10'day of July,2017,that it hereby approves the MidAmerican Energy Company proposal
[Alice's Road Corridor Phase 4 Project,Transformer Relocation].
