RESOLUTION 17-329
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO0'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Lots,LLC,have requested final approval of Fox Creek Estates Plat 10 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on May 23,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 10 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
10'"day of July,2017,that the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 10 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (City Streets);
2.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant;
3.Public Water Main Easement;
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Public Utility Easement;
6.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Public Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
8.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
9.Public Snow Storage Easement;
10.Stream Buffer Easement.
