RESOLUTION 17-328
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 9
IN THE NAMEAND IJY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 0rAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,TCB Investments LLC and Waukee Lots,LLC,have requested final approval of Fox
Creek Estates Plat 9 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on May 23,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 9 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
10"day of July,2017,that the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 9 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (City Streets);
2.Partial Release of Development Agreement (Parkland Dedication);
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer Easement (2);
6.Public Overland Flowage Easement.
