RESOLUTION 17-326
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OR REAPPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN
MEMBERS TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THREE-YEAR TERMS
TO END JUNE 30,2020
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to those boards
which have appointments scheduled to expire or unexpired terms;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has made the following appointments to the Library
Board of Trustees:
Tracie Witt
Apollinaire Kabasele Kayembe
Tessa Kirsch
3-year term ending 06/30/2020
3-year term ending 06/30/2020

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
10'"day of July,2017,that the mayor's appointments to the Library Board of Trustees are hereby
approved.
