RESOLUTION 17-332
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR MCDONALD'S REMODEL (125 SE LAUREL
STREET)
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEA UTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for McDonald's Remodel,subject to remaining staff comments on June 27,2017;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for McDonald's Remodel is in general conformance with tj304 —Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for McDonald's Remodel is in general conformance with (30L27(A)
—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 10'"day of July,2017 that the Site Plan for McDonald's Remodel is approved.
