Home My WebLink About2017-07-10-Resolutions 17-333_N Little Walnut Creek Dr Improvements - Petitions-Contracts-WaiversTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-333 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PETITIONS,CONTRACTS AND WAIVERS FROM PROPERTY OWNERS CONCERNING THE NORTH LITTLE WALNUT CREEK DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA WHEREAS,the city has received petitions from all of the property owners,identified on Exhibit A attached hereto,benefitting from the North Little Walnut Creek Drive Improvement Project within the Corporate limits of the City of Waukee requesting that the City complete the Little Walnut Creek Street Improvement Project within their subdivisions;AND WHEREAS,the North Little Walnut Creek Drive Improvement Project benefits the property Owners properties and all property owners submitting Petition Contract and Waivers have requested the City undertake the Project and pay for it through special assessments against the Petitioning Property Owners Properties as more specifically provided in said agreements. BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa, that the Petition Contract and Waivers requesting the completion of the North Little Walnut Creek Drive Improvement Project,submitted by the Property owners identified on Exhibit A,are hereby approved,subject to the conditions set forth therein.
