RESOLUTION 17-330
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT 4 OF WAUKEE MARKET PLACE PLAT 1
(1010 E.HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Lot 4 of Waukee Market Place Plat 1,subject to remaining staff comments on
June 27,2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lot 4 of Waukee Market Place Plat 1 is in general conformance
with tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lot 4 of Waukee Market Place Plat 1 is in general conformance
with tj30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 10"day of July,2017 that the Site Plan for Lot 4 of Waukee Market Place Plat 1 is
approved.
