APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LOTS 4 AND 5 OF WAUKEE VISTA
COMMERCIAL PARK (100 W.HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF JFAUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Lots 4 and 5 of Waukee Vista Commercial Park,subject to remaining staff
comments on June 27,2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lots 4 and 5 of Waukee Vista Commercial Park is in general
conformance with lj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lots 4 and 5 of Waukee Vista Commercial Park is in general
conformance with )301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 10 'day of July,2017 that the Site Plan for Lots 4 and 5 of Waukee Vista Commercial Park
is approved.
