RESOLUTION 17-405
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
ASHWORTH SOUTH PLAT 2
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,consnuction plans have been submitted to the City for Ashworth South Plat
2;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section (303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 21"day of August,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Ashworth
South Plat 2 be approved.
