RESOLUTION 17-409
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR INSITE DEVELOPMENT SENIOR LIVING
[835 NE BOSTON PARKWAY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Insite Development Senior Living,subject to remaining staff comments on
August 8,2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Insite Development Senior Living is in general conformance with
tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Insite Development Senior Living is in general conformance with
tj301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21"day of August,2017 that the Site Plan for Insite Development Senior Living is
approved.
