RESOLUTION 17-408
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR INSITE DEVELOPMENT
IN THE NAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,WAUKEE ACTIVE LIVING,LLC,has requested final plat approval of INSITE
DEVLEOPMENT (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on August 8,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Insite Development and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
21"day of August,2017,that the Final Plat for Insite Development be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Storm Easement;
2.Landscape Buffer Easement;
3.Private Detention Easement;and
4.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement
Agreement.
