RESOLUTION 17-406
APPROVING MAYORAL APPOINTMKNT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE PARK
BOARD FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING JANUARY 31,2020
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,there exists an unexpired term on the Waukee Park Board,with said term
scheduled to expire January 31,2020;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Brian Hughes to fill the unexpired term of Brian
Hughes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21"day of August,2017,that the mayor's appointment of Brian Hughes to the Waukee Park
Board for an unexpired term ending January 31,2020,is hereby approved.
