RESOLUTION 17-269
APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH
SNYDKR &ASSOCIATES,INC.[SOUTHFORK STREET LIGHTING DESIGN
PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,f08'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on September 21,2015,the Waukee City Council approved an agreement with
Snyder &Associates,Inc.,related to street lighting design and analysis for the Southfork Plats I
and 2 (Resolution ¹15-324);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends a supplemental agreement with Snyder &Associates to
address Phase 3 of the Southfork Street Lighting Design Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Supplemental Agreement and finds it
satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Supplemental Agreement for Additional Services with Snyder &Associates,Inc.[Southfork
Lighting Design Project]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the day of June,2017.
