RESOLUTION 17-434
APPROVING WETLAND MITIGATION BANK CREDIT PURCHASE AGREEMENT
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF 8'AUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers has authorized the City of Waukee to purchase
0.36 credits of emergent wetland credit from the McCorkle Mitigation Bank for the purchase
price of $10,800.00 associated with the construction of the Alice's Road Corridor Phase 5
Project,SE Olson Drive to NE Horizon Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
11"day of September,2017,that it hereby approves the Wetland Mitigation Bank Credit
Purchase Agreement related to the Alice's Road Corridor Phase 5 Project,SE Olson Drive to NE
Horizon Drive.
