RESOLUTION 17-432
APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS FOR
THE WAUKEK 10 EVENT (REVISED)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 7,2017,the Waukee City Council approved the temporary closing of
certain public streets for the Waukee 10 event,including a 10-mile race and a separate 5K race
(Resolution ¹17-371);AND,
WHEREAS,the event organizer has amended the race route and requests that the following City
streets be closed on Saturday,September 16,2017,and at the times specified for the event:
