RESOLUTION 17-436
APPROVING THE VACATION OF A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
[PHILLIPS-HAMILTON,INC.j
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a Sanitary Sewer Easement ("Easement")was approved as a part of the Northwest
Area Trunk Sewer Phases 2 and 3/Copeland Trunk Sewer Phase 1 Project and recorded in Book
2006 Page 17327 within Dallas County,Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that the easement,as described in attached Exhibit A,is not
needed and should be vacated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18ra day of September,2017,that it hereby approves the vacation of a sanitary sewer easement
[Phillips-Hamilton,Inc.].
