RESOLUTION 17-456
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,708'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,HUBBELL METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT FUND I,LLC (SERIES E),has
requested final plat approval of GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT I 1(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on September 18,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 11 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
18"day of September,2017,that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 11 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
2.Landscape Buffer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;and
4.Ingress/Egress Easement
