RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SOUTHFORK DAM OUTLET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS,on the I"day of May,2017,the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,entered into a construction contract with Jd'cK Contracting of Ames,IA,for the
construction of certain public improvements generally described as the Southfork Dam Outlet
Improvement Project;and
WHEREAS,the contractor has fully completed the construction of the public
improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and
specifications:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
Section 1.That the public improvements are hereby approved and accepted as having
been fully completed in accordance with the plans,specifications and form of contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2"day of October,2017.
