RESOLUTION 17-470
APPROVING STORM SEWER EASEMENT ASSOCIATED [PHILLIPS-
HAMILTON INC.]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOlYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a preliminary plat has been approved for the Springcrest Residential Development;
AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary to acquire a storm sewer easement from an adjacent land owner for
purposes of constructing a storm sewer extension through the adjacent property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2"day of October,2017,that it hereby approves the storm sewer easement across property
owned by Phillips-Hamilton,inc.
