RESOLUTION 17-471
APPROVING EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH WAUKEE VISTA
COMMERCIAL PARK
IN THE NAMEAND BY THE AUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has previously approved the final plat for Waukee Vista Commercial Park;
AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that additional easements including a Public Utility
Easement and Storm Water Management Maintenance Facility Covenant and Permanent
Easement are necessary on the property related to the development of 100 E.Hickman Road
(Lots 4 and 5 of Waukee Vista Commercial Park).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this2""day of October,2017,that it hereby approves the additional easements related to Waukee
Vista Commercial Park.
