RESOLUTION 18-096
ESTABLISHING THK CITY OF WAUKEE FY2019 COMPENSATION PLAN
[DIRECTORS,NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES,LIBRARY EMPLOYEES)PAID
ON-CALL FIREFIGHTERS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,per City of Waukee Code Section $110.4 the City Council shall annually review
and approve proposed compensation for City employees whose positions are not represented by
the City of Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed the Fiscal Year 2019 compensation plan for City of
Waukee directors,non-represented employees,library employees,and paid on-call firefighters;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
5'"day of March,2018,that the FY2019 compensation plans for directors (attached hereto as
Exhibit A)non-represented employees (attached hereto as Exhibit B),library employees
(attached hereto as Exhibit C),and paid on-call firefighters (attached hereto as Exhibit D),are
hereby approved.
