RESOLUTION 18-082
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2019-2023
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOBITY OF THE CITY OF IYA USE,IO JYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2019 through 2023;AND,
WHEREAS,Code of Iowa )384.15(3)requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption;AND,
WHEREAS,on February 5,2018,the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
March 5,2018,at 5:30 p.m.to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2019 through 2023,and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law;AND,
WHEREAS,members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2019 through 2023 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5'"day of March,2018,that the City of Waukee al Improvement
Program (CIP)for fiscal years 2019 through 2023 is her proved and adopted.
