RESOLUTION 18-088
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KUM A GO ¹1202]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A IITHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAVKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Great Plains Pipe &Structures of Des Moines,IA,has completed the
public improvements associated with Kum 8'c Go ¹1202;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kum k Go ¹1202and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5"day of March,2018,that it hereby accepts the pu
