RESOLUTION 17-515
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
INDI RUN PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Indi Run Plat 1;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 —Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 6 day of November,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Indi Run Plat
I be approved.
