APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR STIVERS DISPLAY LOT ADDITION

IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Stivers Display Lot Addition,subject to remaining staff comments on October
24,2017;AND)
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Stivers Display Lot Addition is in general conformance with $304
—Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Stivers Display Lot Addition is in general conformance with
)30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6 day of November,2017 that the Site Plan for Stivers Display Lot A t ion is approved.
