RESOLUTION 17-531
APPROVING A JOINT PUBLIC SERVICE 28E AGREEMKNT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WAUKKE AND DALLAS COUNTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,there exists a 28E Agreement between the City of Waukee and Dallas County
providing for the joint maintenance and servicing of roadways;AND,
WHEREAS,due to recent property annexation by the City of Waukee,it is necessary to
terminate the existing agreement and execute a new Agreement under the provisions of Chapter
28E,Code of Iowa,to provide for roadway and rights-of-way maintenance and services of
existing and future roadways;
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20'day of November,2017,that it hereby approves a Joint Public Service Agreement
between the City of Waukee and Dallas County.
