RESOLUTION 18-186
APPROVING CITY OF WAUKEE NATURAL GAS OPERATIONS AND
MAINTENANCE PLAN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA U1CEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,as a member of the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities (IAMU),the City is
required to adopt and follow an Operations and Maintenance (0&M)Plan for all gas pipeline
facilities operated by the Gas Utility;AND
WHEREAS,it is also the responsibility of the Gas Utility to ensure that all contractors and
consultants complete work on City gas pipeline facilities in accordance with the O&M Plan.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee Natural Gas Operations
and Maintenance Plan is approved and adopted.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the '"day of May,
2018.
