RESOLUTION 17-499
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT 1
IN THE NAIvIE AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,RMCA,L.L.C.,has requested final plat approval of CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT 1 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on July 25,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Clayton Estates Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
16ia day of October,2017,that the Final Plat for Clayton Estates Plat 1 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Outlot Z);
2.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
6.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
