RESOLUTION 17-492
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
LEGACY POINTK AT WAUKEE PLAT 8
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF MAUI EE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Legacy Pointe at
Waukee Plat 8;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 16"day of October,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Legacy Pointe
at Waukee Plat 8 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
