RESOLUTION 17-501
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,ALICE'S,L.C.,has requested final plat approval of PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 6 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on October 10,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 6 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
16'"day of October,2017,that the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 6 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and docmnents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Utility Easement;
2.Public Water Main Easement;
3.Gas Main Easement;and
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;and
