RESOLUTION 17-538
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHWORTH SOUTH PLAT I]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IVAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch Corporation of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Ashworth South Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Ashworth South Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements consnucted as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20"day of November,2017,that it hereby accepts the public im rovements
associated with Ashworth South Plat l.
