ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[HAWTHORNE RIDGE TOWNHOMKS DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT]
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Elder Corporation of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Hawthorne Ridge Townhomes Drainage Improvement
Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Hawthorne Ridge Townhomes Drainage Improvement Project and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council '
session this 20"day of November,2017,that it hereby accepts the public impr e ents
associated with the Hawthorne Ridge Townhomes Drainage Improvement ect
