RESOLUTION 17-544
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR DAYBREAK PLAT 2
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHOR1TYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Daybreak Waukee,LLC,has requested final approval of Daybreak Plat 2 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 26,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Daybreak Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 20'"day of November,2017,that the Final Plat for Daybreak Plat 2 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Public Surface Water Flowage Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer Easement;and
6.Public Snow Storage Easement.
