RESOLUTION 17-545
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR KETTLESTONE HEIGHTS PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Triple T Development,LLC,has requested final approval of Kettlestone Heights
Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on August 22,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Kettlestone Heights Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 20"day of November,2017,that the Final Plat for Kettlestone Heights Plat 1 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Lots A &B);
2.Warranty Deed (Outlot Y);
3.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant &Permanent
Easement Agreement;
Public Utility Easement;
Overland Flowage Easement;
Storm Sewer Easement;
Sanitary Sewer Easement;
Landscape Buffer Easement;
Public Ingress/Egress Easement;and
Water Main Easement.
