APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR CRESCENT RIDGE MINI STORAGE (600
INTERSTATE PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORI?Y OF THE CITY OF WA IIKEE,IOS'3
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Crescent Ridge Mini Storage,subject to remaining staff comments on May 22,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Crescent Ridge Mini Storage is in general conformance with tj304—Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Crescent Ridge Mini Storage is in general conformance with
(30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit aukee,Iowa on
this 4 day of June,2018 that the Site Plan for Crescent Ridge Min orage '
approved.
